The shower drain was clogged and slow to drain. there was no sea view and the yard was ordinary.

The location of the hotel is its biggest strength. It is close enough to the city center, yet far enough to escape the tourist crowds. the room and bathroom are clean, modern and well-furnished. the air conditioning is great for the hot weather. the off-street parking is an added advantage, and the hosts are very helpful and accommodating.

The response from the host when feedback was given was defensive and unhelpful.

We stayed at this hotel recently and we were very impressed. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and close to the Old Town. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were very accommodating and friendly. The room itself was luxurious with a huge bed and all the amenities you could need including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and free toiletries. We also appreciated the flat-screen TV and carpeted floors. the attention to detail and comfort in the room was exceptional.

We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.
